I visited the newly opened JABS location in Vaughan and went with their Classic Cheeseburger. It's a simple build: juicy smashed beef, cheddar, pickles, and that signature JABS sauce on a potato bun.
The JABS sauce immediately brought to mind a classic mac sauce, but with its own twist—maybe a touch more tang or subtle spice. It ties the burger together and keeps every bite interesting.
One thing I want to start including in my reviews is the design and feel of the location. With my background in design, I have to say: JABS brings a modern touch to the typical burger joint. The space is light, airy, and clean, with a contemporary colour palette that gives it a fresh, inviting vibe. It's a great new take on the modern smash burger spot—just as much a treat for the eyes as it is for your appetite.
Fries were on point and the staff kept the energy positive and quick.
